Recommended purpose or use: Ivy, thyme and licorice are traditionally used in herbal medicine as expectorants to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, cough and bronchitis.

Non medicinal ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose sodium, citric acid, glycerin, honey flavour, potassium sorbate, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, stevia rebaudiana (leaf).

Medicinal ingredients: Each milliliter (1 ml) contains:

Ivy (Hedera helix, leaf), 7 mg

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), 4.34 mg

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris, flower), 4.3 mg

Recommended dosage:

Adults & adolescents (Greater than 14 years of age): Take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) 3 times a day.

Children & adolescents (5-14 years of age): Take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) 2 times a day.

Children (4 years of age): Take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) once a day.
