Adults and children from 6 years old; Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals. Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion. During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour. After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement. Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.
