Use this 1mg dosage if you smoke less than 20 cigarettes a day. Most people require approximately 10 lozenges per day. Do not exceed 25 of the 1mg lozenges in one day. For adults only - not to be used by persons under 18 years of age. Reduce use over three months. Cautions: Do not use if you are an occasional or non-smoker, or pregnant or nursing.
