Nix® Crème Rinse: Active Ingredient (in each Fluid Ounce) - Purpose. Permethrin 280mg (1%) - Lice Treatment. Inactive Ingredients: Canada Balsam, Cetyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Fragrance, Hydrolyzed Animal Protein, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polyoxyethylene 10 Cetyl Ether, Propylene Glycol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Water, Isopropyl Alcohol 5.6g (20%), Methylparaben 56mg (0.2%), and Propylparaben 22mg (0.08%).
Nix® Combing Gel: Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-10, Diazolidinylurea, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Citric Acid, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA.
Step 1 – Treat with Nix® Crème Rinse: Wash hair with a shampoo without conditioner. Apply Nix® Crème Rinse and saturate the hair and scalp. Leave in for 10 minutes to eliminate lice and their eggs (nits) and rinse with warm water.
Step 2 – Comb with Nix® Combing Gel and with Nix® Premium 2-Sided Metal Comb.
