Per soft gel - Medicinal Ingredients: Omega-3 Fatty Acids: DHA (Anchovy & Sardine) 87.5 mg, EPA (Anchovy & Sardine) 162.5mg. Lutein (T. erecta-flower) 2.5mg, Zeaxanthin (T. erecta-flower) 0.5 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 113 mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 67 mg AT (100 IU), Zinc (zinc oxide) 17.4 mg, Copper (copper gluconate) 0.4 mg. Non-Medinal Ingredients: FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, glycerin, lemon flavour, silicon dioxide, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, yellow beeswax.
Four (4) soft gels per day or as recommended by your health care practitioner, 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening, with a full glass of water and with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
