DOSAGE: Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 to 2 capsules 1 time per day. Adolescents and children (1 to 17 years): Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix content into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking, do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow capsule whole. Do not mix with hot food or hot beverages. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after antibiotics.
