Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetal capsule contains the following cultured strains of probiotics: Lactobacillus casei (HA-108), Lactobacillus paracasei (HA-196), Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Absorbic Acid, Hypromellose, Skim Milk, Magnesium Stearate, Potato Starch, Sucrose, Trypticase Soy-Broth, Yeast Extract.
For Adults: take 1 to 2 capsules once a day. For adolescents (9 to 18 years old): take 1 capsule per day. If you are on antibiotic(s), take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after.
