Back to School: Staying Active
Back in August, we chatted with our Twitter friends about staying active during back to school season. Whether it's keeping the kids active, or fitting in a workout for yourself between errands or classes, we wanted to know how our followers maintained a healthy lifestyle.

@HealthSnapCA A7: I must admit I'm not very good at having an exercise routine but do try to walk daily. #SnapBackToSchool

Our Tips?
- Get some exercise in at work by taking the stairs or stretching at your desk
- Play outside with the kids. Head to the park with a ball!
- Get in 15 minutes of cardio (jumping rope, or a run around the block) before the kids wake up!
