Free In-Store Pickup

Where available, HealthSnap users can choose to pickup orders from affiliated local pharmacies free of charge by selecting a participating pharmacy for Pharmacy Pickup during checkout.

Pharmacy Pickup orders placed after 10:00 AM will generally be delivered and available for pickup on the following business day.^*

Once an order has been processed and is ready for shipping, customers who have selected the Pharmacy Pickup option will be sent an email confirming the location and approximate time that their order will be available for pickup.

To ensure that Pharmacy Pickup orders are released to the correct HealthSnap customer, those picking up orders from participating pharmacies will be asked to:

1. Present a copy of the email confirming their HealthSnap order or show one piece of government-issued identification (ex. a driver’s license); and
2. Sign an order pickup form stating that they have accepted possession of their order.

Users can find pharmacies participating in our Pharmacy Pickup program by clicking on the Pharmacy Locator tab at the top of every page and searching by Postal Code, City, or Pharmacy Name. For faster checkout, registered users have the ability to save pharmacies and designate one pharmacy as their default “My Pharmacy”.
